Your tasks include:
  • supporting existing customers in the mobile and DSL sector
  • answering customer inquiries regarding telecommunications
  • sales-oriented consulting of our customers on products, tariffs, and prices
  • creating individual offers and contracts, e.g. for tariff changes, contract optimizations, and the marketing of new products
