    Consider joining our team as a Regional Support Associate for our Columbus District Office in Columbus, OH.

    What you will do as a Regional Support Associate:

    • Direct and coordinate community activities across designated regions, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional resident experiences.
    • Apply the Towne Method for onsite leasing to drive occupancy and enhance leasing processes.
    • Provide support for property operations, including lease renewals, move-ins/outs, and other site-level responsibilities.
    • Complete payables efficiently and accurately, as per organizational guidelines.
    • Conduct regular walks of apartments and properties to maintain the "golden path" and ensure optimal condition and presentation.
    • Assist manager with various tasks related to social media, resident events, owner walks, newsletters, community related tasks, and preparing owner reports.
    • Travel and work onsite at assigned regional communities.
    • Working hours: Monday - Friday 9am-6pm

    Requirements:

    You offer the following minimum requirements:

    • High School Diploma or equivalent.
    • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
    • Effective time management and organizational skills.
    • 3+ years multifamily property management experience.
    • Valid driver's license, with reliable vehicle and auto insurance.
    • Willing to submit to a drug screening and background check if offered a position.
