    About the Job Position:

    Clover Health Home Care: At Clover, we are revolutionizing health insurance to focus on keeping people healthier. As part of this team, you will work alongside physicians, nurses, social workers, and more to deliver primary care and transitional services in the comfort of patients' homes. Together, we aim to enhance our palliative and support care offerings for members facing advanced illnesses.

    Description:

    This is an on-the-field role that involves visiting patients in their homes. We are looking for Certified Medical Assistants (CMAs) in various NJ counties such as Mercer, Middlesex, and Monmouth.

    Responsibilities:

    • Supporting the Provider in all aspects of patient care during and after home visits.
    • Directly engaging with patients during visits to gather crucial information and provide necessary assistance.
    • Communicating with patients and assisting with tasks as directed by the Provider.
    • Coordinating care activities with other team members.
    • Managing blood specimens and ensuring accurate record-keeping.

    Requirements:

    • 0 to 1 year of relevant work experience.
    • Certification as a Medical Assistant from an accredited program.
    • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
    • Proficiency in English and Spanish, both spoken and written.
    • New Jersey driver's license.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
    • High School Graduate or equivalent.
