- Developing and implementing audit plans, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
- Overseeing the audit process, including planning, fieldwork, and reporting.
- Managing a team of auditors, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure quality work.
- Identifying and assessing risks and internal controls and developing recommendations to improve processes and procedures.
- Communicating audit findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
- Monitoring and tracking the implementation of audit recommendations.
- Staying up to date with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- BS in Accounting, MSA preferred.
- CPA highly preferred
- 5-7 years of experience in public accounting
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex issues to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
