What to expect

You will work closely in a small team with a partner and four (senior) managers on innovative projects for the development and transformation of the Audit Analytics, RPA, and Artificial Intelligence service line.

You will also have regular exchanges with other departments on both a national and international level.

You will actively contribute to organizational change by leading innovation projects for the development of data-driven analysis of business processes.

You will design and implement rollout strategies for our Audit Analytics tools and bring ideas for improving our digital financial audits.

Optionally, you will lead the audit of annual and consolidated financial statements and group reporting packages according to national and international accounting standards, allowing you to stay up-to-date with current auditing practices.

What you bring

Completed studies in (business) informatics, economics, (business) mathematics, or industrial engineering

Several years of professional experience in auditing (CPA exam is an advantage) and experience in personnel management

Ideally, relevant knowledge in the areas of business intelligence, big data, and/or audit analytics (e.g. Power BI, Qlik, Tableau, IDEA, Python, etc.)

Ability to connect technical environments with business questions and derive solution-oriented measures

Fluent in German and English
