    Description

    Job Title: IT Audit Manager

    Company: Join our team and become a key player in safeguarding our IT systems and infrastructure! As an IT Audit Manager, you will be responsible for conducting risk assessments to pinpoint potential vulnerabilities and executing comprehensive audits to evaluate IT controls and processes effectiveness. This includes both SOX compliance and operational audits.

    Your Role:

    • Conduct risk assessments and identify potential vulnerabilities in IT systems and infrastructure
    • Develop and implement IT audit plans to assess IT controls and processes
    • Execute IT SOX audits and operational audits, including Cyber Security and Data Privacy audits
    • Review IT policies to ensure compliance with regulations and industry best practices
    • Prepare detailed audit reports with findings, recommendations, and remediation plans
    • Collaborate with IT and business units to implement corrective actions promptly
    • Stay updated on technology trends and regulatory changes to enhance IT audit processes
    • Build strong relationships with business and technology partners, co-source partners, and external auditors

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field; preferred
    • Professional certification required (e.g., CISA, CISSP, CIA)
    • Experience in IT audit, risk management, public accounting, or manufacturing industry
    • Knowledge of IT governance and control frameworks, and regulatory requirements
    • Subject matter expertise in areas like Sarbanes-Oxley, IT risk assessment, COBIT framework, etc.
    • Strong analytical skills to assess complex IT systems and processes
    • Proficiency in audit tools, Microsoft Office suite, and W-Desk
    • Ability to travel occasionally

    Experience in Operational/Financial Audits and Technology Audits is a plus!
