- Serve as a strategic partner, collaborator, and business advisor to the Managing Partner, working side-by-side on goal setting, short and long-term strategy
- Collaborate with firm Controller and outside resources to prepare the annual budget, analyze periodic financial data, assess and manage risk, manage expenses, develop strategic financial plans, and implement systems and procedures for efficiency and client service
- Provide collaborative leadership to direct and manage functional teams, including Finance, HR, Operations, IT, and Marketing
- Provide support, advice, and accountability for delegated projects to managers
- 10+ years of progressively responsible leadership, including a minimum of 3 years in an executive or high-level director position
- Experience in a law firm or other professional services organization is required
- In-depth knowledge of budgeting and financial analysis practices in a professional services environment
- Background in operations, facilities management, insurance and vendor contract management, and building and space planning
- Experience with Intellectual Property and/or Litigation practices is a plus
