As one of the most successful and innovative personnel service companies in Germany, we are currently seeking a Purchaser (m/f/d) in full-time for our location in Sweet Home, AR.


Your responsibilities:


  • Managing the needs, contracts, and suppliers
  • Establishing effective stakeholder relationships with logistics, factory, and department managers to ensure early involvement in project management
  • Controlling procurement management, conducting market analysis and strategic tenders (RFI/RFQ) including analysis, negotiation design, and contract negotiation
  • Achieving maximum supplier performance through evaluation and strategic development of suppliers
  • Strategically managing tenders, leading projects, and executing project management
  • Acting as a global mentor for major suppliers, ensuring quality standards, initiating improvement programs, and managing risks in the supply chain

Your profile:


  • University degree
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in procurement, purchasing, contract management, or a similar role
  • Experience in contract and price negotiations, project management skills, and the ability to efficiently manage multiple projects
  • Understanding and knowledge of supply chain (logistics, planning, ordering, etc.), data analysis, and proficient in MS Office
  • Strategic and entrepreneurial thinking, intercultural competencies, good crossfunctional coordination, strong business acumen, quality understanding, willingness to take on responsibility and make decisions in timecritical situations
  • Ability to work in a digital environment (procurement tools, databases, etc.) and encourage others
