Your responsibilities:

With great enthusiasm, you will take on the role of store manager and oversee the professional leadership, organization, and motivation of your team of 2040 employees
You will skillfully analyze key performance indicators, optimize work processes, and continuously improve the store's performance
You will ensure the implementation of our store concepts and maintain excellent product availability, freshness, cleanliness, and highquality service in your store
As a leader, you will lead by example and work alongside your team on the sales floor
You will prioritize the training and development of your employees

Your profile:

Several years of experience in retail or a similar industry, with previous leadership experience in a similarly responsible position
A team player with a strong sense of responsibility and the ability to inspire and motivate employees
Strong decisionmaking skills and resultsoriented mindset
Willingness to work flexible shifts, 5 days a week
