    Nurse Manager - Weekends Only

    Saint Paul Health Center is a privately owned and operated 155-bed Rehabilitation Center and Long-Term Care Community located in the heart of Denver across from Denver's City Park.

    We are proudly managed by Colavria Hospitality. A local, family-owned company specializing in assisted living, rehabilitation, and long-term care in the greater Denver area.
    12 hours Saturday
    12 hours Sunday into Monday at 6:00am.
    We realize that to build high-performing teams and deliver exceptional resident care, we need great leaders.

    In partnership with residents and the Interdisciplinary team, you will lead, coordinate, and deliver person-centered care based on current assessment and evaluation of resident status.


    Lead your team:
    drive the performance management process while serving as a coach and mentor

    Inspire your team:
    motivate your team to deliver the best care to our residents.

    You will be able to demonstrate composure, customer focus, patience, and the ability to gain trust and establish rapport with residents and your team.

    1-3 years of previous leadership experience and the ability to demonstrate stellar management skills.
    Working knowledge of person-centered care principles and practices will make you stand out. An excellent track record of state survey results and knowledge of regulations is required.

    You will also be a graduate from an accredited college of Nursing and be a Licensed RN in the State of Colorado with a current BLS certification.
