    Pivot Home Health is excited to accept applications for a full-time marketing and sales representative for the Denver Metro Area. We are new a Medicare-certified agency looking to bolster our team by adding a tenacious, experienced and hardworking individual to drive institutional and community-based referrals. We are currently Medicare and Medicaid only, but are currently in the process of contracting with insurance providers.

    Our ideal candidate has more than three years of home health marketing and sales experience in the Denver area and well-established relationships and professional network to help attain new business for Pivot.

    Pivot Home Health provides home-based skilled nursing and therapy services for patients with acute illness or temporary disability on long- or short-term bases. Our mission to deliver the highest quality of care to our clients revolves around a three-pronged, patient-centered philosophy of Coordination of Care, Dynamic Execution of the Plan of Care, and Compassionate and Highly Skilled Nursing Practices. We aim to be a partner to our patients, their primary care physician, and their families to ensure that being homebound still allows for the highest quality of living possible.

    Pivot is proud to offer competitive pay, 401k and a lucrative benefits package to full-time employees. Compensation structure will be a base salary plus commission with upside for high earning potential.

    Target yearly salary: $90,000 - $135,000.

    JOB description

    Position Summary: The community liaison will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Sales and Marketing department of the company and developing relationships in the community to generate home health referrals for Pivot Home Health.

    • Plan proactive plan for sales leads.
    • Assist in the communication of potential sales leads, both online and over the phone.
    • Develop and implement the sales and marketing plan which will focus on revenue, client, and home care expansion.
    • Identify and communicate creative and effective solutions to internal and external client needs.
    • Maintain a database for potential clients and referral contacts.
    • Manage and maintain client relationships and service responsibilities.
    • Lead and guide sales to ensure overall occupancy goals are met.
    • Responsible for the overall management of the sales pipeline, ensuring sales processes are followed.
    • Develop content for sales campaigns, presentations, website, social media, and marketing.
    • Coordinate meetings and events to support our team's relationships with key potential customers.
    • Analyze and evaluate sales processes, metrics and develop mechanisms to provide operational support for new capabilities.
    • Work with internal partners to ensure tools and technology are optimized to meet the needs of our company.
    • Actively contribute to the enhancement of sales operations processes covering applications, data, reporting, field engagement and project/change management.
    • Help enable and drive key sales operations deployments and adoption within the business
    • Perform other duties as assigned.

    Abilities, Skills and Knowledge: To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following.

    • Ability to work in a startup mode environment and help build a brand from the ground up.
    • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, presentation and communication skills.
    • Effective communication skills, professionalism, and customer focus are essential for success in this role.
    • Experience in health/home care, human services and/or other medical outside sales.
    • Experience and success in driving Medicare referrals.
    • Ability to travel within assigned territory and to sales meetings.
    • Track record of success in growing census.
    • Knowledge of physician, hospital, skilled nursing facility, case management and discharge planning service preferred.
    • Strong existing relationships with referral sources in the market preferred.
    • Experience with KanTime EMR a plus.

    Education/Experience: Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

    Language Ability: Read, analyze and interpret scientific and technical journals, financial reports and legal documents. Respond to inquiries or complaints from customers, agencies or members of the business community. Write speeches and articles for publication.

    Mathematical Ability: Calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference and volume. Apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.

    Reasoning Ability: Define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions. Interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.

    Travel: The employee is required to travel frequently to complete agency business.
