    Position Summary:

    The Warehouse Manager is responsible for the management and supervision of the Christmas warehouse during the Christmas season (December). This includes, but is not limited to: donation processing, warehouse operations, organization, managing warehouse staff and volunteers, and maintaining positive facility relationships.

    Essential Functions:

    Forklift operation.

    Accepting and recording donations.

    Organizing/sorting donated items: toys, food, etc.

    Assist in the coordination of warehouse volunteer activities.

    Keep facility clean and organized.

    Managing and supervising assigned warehouse staff and volunteers.

    Work with county staff as required to effectively coordinate and operate the warehouse.

    Establish and maintain positive relationships with external facility personnel.

    Reporting any issues or concerns to supervisor.

    Other related activities, as needed.

    Working Conditions:

    Ability to walk, stand, bend, squat, climb, kneel and twist on an intermittent or sometimes continuous basis. Ability to grasp, push, pull objects such as files, file cabinet drawers, and reach overhead. Ability to operate computer, fax and telephone. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    Valid IDs for E-Verify.

    Over 21 years old.

    Forklift experience.

    Skills, Knowledge & Abilities:

    Driving Test and clean MVR check (if applicable).

    If working in vicinity of children a criminal background check is required with certification for Protect the Mission policies and procedures.

    Hard worker.

    Warehouse experience.

    Honest and punctual.
