- Collaborate with IT and data engineering teams to optimize data infrastructure and ensure data accessibility and scalability.
- Act as a subject matter expert on analytics-related topics, providing guidance and thought leadership to senior management and other stakeholders.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in data analytics, with a track record of leading analytics projects and teams.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages such as Python, R, SQL, and/or others.
- Strong understanding of statistical methods, machine learning algorithms, and data visualization techniques.
- Experience with data manipulation, cleansing, and preprocessing techniques to prepare data for analysis.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members to achieve goals and deliver results.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to think analytically and identify opportunities for business improvement.
