We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Data Analyst to join Lennars HR Operations team specializing in both business analytics and people analytics. As a Data Analyst, you will play a key role in interpreting data, analyzing results, and providing insights to support decision-making processes within the organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design analytical solutions, and present findings in a clear and actionable manner. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to translate complex data into meaningful insights.

Responsibilities:

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

Collect, clean, and preprocess data from various sources to ensure accuracy and reliability.
Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and correlations.
Create visualizations, dashboards, and reports to communicate findings and insights to stakeholders.
Collaborate with business units to understand their data needs and requirements.
Conduct ad-hoc analyses to support strategic initiatives and business objectives.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization based on data-driven insights.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in data analytics.

Qualifications:

Education and Experience Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field.
2-4 years of experience as a Data Analyst.
Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.
Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI.
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and quality.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in Excel, SQL, Tableau, PowerBI.
Develop a deep understanding of core business processes and how performance is measured, and work with business teams to discern strategic and analytical data and analytics needs and gaps.
People Metrics and Reporting:
Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) for areas of HR Operations teams.
Generate regular reports and dashboards to track our effectiveness and provide insights for continuous improvement.
Collaboration and Communication:
Work closely with the HR operations team to understand their analytical needs and provide data-driven insights.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align analytics with broader organizational goals.
Business Analytics:
Analyze business data to identify opportunities for process improvements, efficiency gains, within the HR operations function.
Support strategic decision-making by providing data-driven insights into workforce planning and organizational development.

Physical Requirements:

This is primarily a sedentary office position which requires the incumbent to have the ability to operate computer equipment, speak, hear, bend, stoop, reach, lift, and move and carry up to 25 lbs. Finger dexterity is necessary.

Additional Requirements:

Experience with Snowflake and Alteryx is a plus.
Experienced in Workday and ServiceNow platforms is a plus.
