    What will your day look like?

    Operations Management:

    • Oversee all aspects of plant operations, including production, quality control, and inventory management.
    • Implement strategies to optimize efficiency, minimize waste, and ensure on-time delivery of products.

    Team Leadership:

    • Lead and mentor a diverse team of employees, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
    • Provide guidance and support to team members, helping them develop their skills and achieve their full potential.

    Safety and Compliance:

    • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards, implementing measures to maintain a safe working environment for all employees.
    • Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify and address potential hazards.

    Strategic Planning:

    • Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives to drive business growth and profitability.
    • Analyze operational performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement and cost savings.

    Who are you?

    • Experience: Proven experience in plant management or related roles within the manufacturing industry.
    • Leadership Abilities: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
    • Technical Skills: Solid understanding of manufacturing processes and best practices, with a focus on continuous improvement.
    • Safety Conscious: Commitment to safety and compliance, with knowledge of OSHA regulations and best practices.
    • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on finding creative solutions to challenges.
