Description

We are seeking a skilled Quality Engineer with experience in plastic injection molding to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products through comprehensive quality control processes and continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities:
Responsible for CAPA for implementation and submission in a timely manner.
Collaborate with production teams to troubleshoot quality problems and implement corrective actions.
Perform root cause analysis for quality issues and implement preventive measures using 8D, 5-Why technical approach.
Reviewing of the SPC charts for ensuring that the process is in control statistically.
Preparing of the PPAP documents and annual validation documents.
Filling out of the customer supplied survey forms in a timely manner.
Work closely with suppliers to ensure the quality of incoming materials and components.

Qualifications:
Three to five years of experience in quality assurance field or College Graduate with quality related courses.
Strong knowledge of quality control principles and techniques, including Statistical Process Control (SPC).
Experience with quality management systems (ISO 9001, IATF 16949, etc.).
Proficiency in reading engineering drawings and specifications.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
