- Enrichment of the overall employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle
- Spearhead RMB's Employee Engagement Committee, employee engagement calendar of events, initiatives and volunteer opportunities
- Working with existing Employee Resource groups and collaborate with employees to develop and grow new ERG's
- Conduct new hire orientation, 90day checkins, and exit surveys while looking for opportunities to enhance the employee experience
- Creation and management of monthly employee engagement newsletters and companywide communications
- Acting as project lead on a wide variety of tasks that directly impact our workforce
- Supporting HR systems, employee data and benefits administration
- Maintenance of accurate employee records
- You'll work to align HR deliverables with business strategy, which includes bringing best practice and external perspectives to our processes.
- You'll partner cross-functionally with teams across the business to help integrate people solutions and drive initiatives to help us build a world-class experience for all employees on their journey at RMB.
- Your success will come from collaborating and influencing others, regardless of title or level, to drive the company forward.
- The equivalent of 2-3 years of HR or relevant experience, ideally supporting Employee Engagement and HR Operations
- Knowledge of general human resources policies and procedures
- Experience problem solving - sometimes on matters that are uncharted - often while working with confidential and sensitive employee data/information
- Prior experience in navigating and executing actions in HRIS (preferably UKG, Lever)
- Ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously and navigate successfully in a rapidly changing, and at times, unstructured environment
- Flexibility to work on special projects that fall in any of the following areas: Benefits, Training and Development, HRIS, Payroll, Compliance, Employee Relations and Engagement
- Love for a fast-paced and hyper-growth startup environment
- Excellent Excel and Powerpoint capabilities
- High-level interpersonal skill reflecting the ability to work both independently and confidentially, with all levels within RMB and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or relevant field
- Experience supporting Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging initiatives is a plus
- Requires travel between offices (Lexington and Lowell, MA.)
- Hybrid work environment; requiring 3 days in-office collaborating with HR team and employees
