We are looking for a full Dental Assistant (5 days a week) to add to our team. We are a privately owned, close-knit dental office in Lexington, MA. We are looking for a confident Dental Assistant who is caring, compassionate, and loves working with the community.

Must be clinically experienced, demonstrates a positive attitude, interpersonal skills, strong work ethic & takes initiative to ensure every patient's visit is a 5-star visit.

Our priority is the patient and we do our best to make sure every visit reflects that.


Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service
• Follow Osha and Infection control standards
• Assist patients with questions or concerns
• Maintain confidential patient information
• Take and enter patient insurance information
• Provide 4 handed chair side dental assisting
• Sterilization and Disinfection of operatories and instruments
• Oversees maintenance of operatory, sterilization and laboratory areas.
• Ensures departmental compliance with CDA's safety, OSHA and HIPAA
• Coordinates laboratory processes including inventory and laboratory account reconciliation.
• Assists with responsibilities of dental supply inventory and coordinating maintenance and repair of equipment.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive salary, commensurate with experience

• 2 weeks paid vacation after 90 days
• Dental care for the individual is covered at 100% aside from any lab fees
• 8 holidays are observed

Schedule
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 8:00-5:00. Fridays 8:00-2:00
