RESPONSIBILITIES:

Independent support of your assigned customer base or sales territory (including key accounts and sales representation)
Order acceptance and processing, contact with retailers worldwide, contact with field sales, and assumption of general operational tasks in sales service
Support and control of EDI customers
Competent, individual, and friendly advice
Maintenance of customer & B2B data as well as preparation of evaluations and analyses
Support of sales management (customer projects
