Position Summary


Responsibilities:

The Student Administrative Worker will support FPO operations/quality activities and work on strategic operational projects through:

Quality Improvement and Regulatory Compliance

  • Assisting in the delivery of quality improvement and regulatory compliance administrative activities.
  • Utilizing performance improvement tools for both quantitative and qualitative data collection and analysis.
  • Researching related evidencebased literature and recent regulatory guidelines/standards for distribution to and use of program stakeholders.
  • Producing print and audiovisual presentations; as well as communications necessary for departmental and committee meetings.
  • Participate in the creation of standardized forms and documents for consistency throughout FPO practices.
  • Other special projects as assigned.

Operations

  • Attend tracer site visits, mock surveys, and assist with corrective action plans to mitigate deficiencies and decrease organizational risk.
  • Assist with data visualization to support strategic goals.

People

  • Establishes and maintains collaborative relationships with organizational leadership, stakeholders, staff, and its affiliates.
  • Demonstrates selfdevelopment and keeps current on a variety of quality improvement and healthcare topics.
  • Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned/requested.
Minimum Qualifications

  • Requires a Bachelor's degree.
  • Must be computer and internet literate with knowledge of EMR systems preferred.
  • Strong experience in MS Project, Office, Word, Excel, Teams, and PowerPoint.
  • Must possess strong organizational, interpersonal, written, and oral skills.
  • Must be able to maintain the highest level of confidentiality and diplomacy at all times.
  • Ability to work within tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks effectively.
