- Lead and manage multiple tax engagements to deliver high-quality tax services for clients operating in real estate and corporate sectors.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and provide guidance and support to staff members in their professional growth.
- Utilize your expertise in real estate partnership and corporate taxation to analyze complex tax issues and provide strategic recommendations to clients.
- Maintain a deep understanding of tax laws and regulations, ensuring compliance and identifying opportunities for tax optimization.
- Foster strong client relationships through exceptional service delivery and proactive communication.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes and methodologies to enhance service efficiency and effectiveness.
- An active CPA license is required.
- Extensive experience in Public Accounting is essential.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate tax is preferred.
- Strong proficiency in corporate taxation and partnership taxation.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
