- Tasks involve managing confidential patient information, scheduling appointments, providing top-tier customer service, checking patients in/out, collecting copayments, and handling incoming information via phone and fax.
- High school diploma or equivalent education/experience.
- Preferably 1 year of experience in medical administrative support or as a medical assistant.
- Excellent verbal communication skills for phone and patient interaction, strong organizational abilities.
