- Review, analyze, and update software requirements.
- Generate logs and documentation to track testing phases and defects.
- Effectively and clearly report bugs and defects to developers.
- Assist in the troubleshooting of issues on multiple sites.

- A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Additional certifications are a plus.
- Charis Bible College student or graduate is preferred.
- Must pass a background check
- Prior experience in Software Testing.
- Prior experience with Agile and Waterfall development processes.
- 1-3 years prior experience in Software Testing.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in any professional work environment.
- Prior experience with Agile and Waterfall development processes.
- Experience with Software Development tools such as Jira, Trello, Bugzilla, and other Agile/Kanban-style tools.

Position Purpose:
This individual will work with software developers on multiple teams to ensure the stability and accuracy of the information on multiple websites and tools. This position will be responsible for assisting in the creation and tracking of requirements, testing of features, and reporting on departmental metrics. This position includes website troubleshooting, uploading/archiving digital files to shared storage, and creating detailed and accurate documentation and communication.
