    Property Name: The Collective at Clemson

    Role Overview: Join our team as a Marketing Assistant and take charge of the daily marketing functions of the property, focusing on enhancing resident satisfaction and engagement.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Marketing
      • Establish partnerships with universities, local establishments, employers, and cultural hubs to attract potential residents
      • Organize and publicize resident activities and events
      • Distribute promotional materials on campus
      • Engage in community outreach activities such as liaising with local businesses and distributing flyers
      • Conduct regular surveys of competitors to gather insights on leasing approaches and property maintenance
      • Manage the procurement of promotional merchandise
      • Capture marketing and leasing events through photography
    • Tenant Relations / Property Maintenance
      • Warmly welcome current and prospective residents
      • Contribute to the cleanliness and attractiveness of the property continuously
    Required Skills/Experience:
    • Essential: creativity, exceptional customer service abilities, attention to detail, proficient written and verbal communication skills in English, demonstrated capability to liaise effectively with management, adept at working under tight deadlines and managing multiple tasks, strong organizational proficiency, knowledge of Fair Housing regulations
    Education:
    • Minimum: High school diploma, some college
    • Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field
    Working Environment

    This role is primarily based in a comfortable office setting with moderate noise levels. However, occasional outdoor activities like walking and climbing stairs may be required.
