    Account Manager

    Commercial Roofing, Service

    Minneapolis, MN

    A Day in the Life:

    This position will be responsible for growing and building the Commercial Roofing Service business with Flynn Group of Companies.


    • Communication with existing customers and explain Flynn Service opportunities
    • Attend association, industry, and networking events
    • Plan and attend client meetings in a variety of locations based on interests of the client
    • Work with Local and National team to promote Flynn's brand and services through marketing and social media channels
    Here's what you bring to the table:


    • Strong communication, organizational skills and excellent time management
    • Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships
    • Entrepreneurial spirit and drive to grow the business
    • Experienced in using computer programs specific to this role (MS Office and Bluebeam/AutoCad)
    • Clear understanding of contract documents
    • Knowledge of Commercial Roofing systems related to Service (Maintenance and Repairs)
    • Ability to sell Flynn Repair and Maintenance Services to Property Managers, Building Owners and Business Owners
