- Acts as key partner to the line of business.
- Plans, document and executes all phases of the project lifecycle, including scope management, requirements management, work breakdown scheduled and timeline management, priority and dependency management and assignment of roles and responsibilities.
- Performs risk management to minimize project risks.
- Develops comprehensive project plans.
- Conduct and facilitate effective project meetings, including issue tracking, status reports and executive communication.
- Manages changes to the project.
- Attention to details, problem solving and results driven
- Bachelors or Master's degree or related field preferred
- 10+ years of business/industry experience with increasing levels of responsibility in insurance, health plans, onboarding physicians, etc.
- Demonstrated experience leading onboarding projects
- Ability to work with Confidential information.
- Knowledge of how Health Plans work, eligibility, benefits, claims and co-pays.
- Experienced Project Manager; PMP certification
- Advanced analytical and problem solving skills to evaluate business processes and recommend effective solutions
- Advanced organizational / time management and project management skills and multi-tasking abilities.
- Excellent communication skills.
