Blackbriar Development, a leader in luxury custom home building, is looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee the construction of high-end residential homes.
This role requires a blend of architectural understanding, construction expertise, and client management to deliver bespoke living spaces that meet the highest standards of craftsmanship and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire lifecycle of custom highend residential construction projects from initial concept through completion.
- Coordinate and communicate between clients, architects, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure clear understanding and execution of desired outcomes.
- Oversee project scheduling, budgeting, and documentation to ensure timelines are met and projects stay within cost constraints.
- Conduct site visits and project reviews to monitor progress and adherence to plans and specifications.
- Ensure all construction activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Implement risk management strategies to minimize project risks.
- Resolve any issues that arise with creativity and efficiency to prevent delays.
- Foster a collaborative environment among project teams and stakeholders.
- Provide regular updates to clients and company executives on project status, offering highlevel customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in highend residential construction, with a portfolio demonstrating past projects.
- Strong knowledge of the construction industry including the latest building codes, regulations, and permits required for highend construction.
- Excellent leadership, decisionmaking, and organizational skills.
- Advanced communication and interpersonal skills to navigate client interactions and manage construction teams.
- Proficiency in project management software to plan, schedule, track, and report project details.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
- Strong financial acumen to manage budgets, negotiate costs, and ensure financial project health.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and technical specifications.
- Passion for delivering highquality, customized homes that enhance client investment.
