Your tasks as a Project Manager (m/w/d) Architecture include:

  • You will be responsible for project management in phases 1-8 according to HOAI
  • You will be in charge of project execution
  • You will lead a team and coordinate projects
  • You will work on challenging and complex projects with a project size of up to 30 million (KG)

What we expect from you as a Project Manager (m/w/d) Architecture:

  • You have successfully completed a degree in architecture or civil engineering
  • You have a high level of commitment, personal responsibility, organizational skills, teamwork and empathy
  • You have a passion for building, designing and leading a planning team
  • Ideally, you have gained some professional experience
  • You are proficient in using industry-standard software programs
  • You have knowledge of AVA, preferably ORCA-AVA
  • You have a valid driver's license
  • You have fluent German language skills
