- Full-time employment (40-hour work week)
- Work hours are 1st shift (6:45 AM to 3:15 PM, with 30 minute lunch), 2nd shift (2:45 PM to 11:15 PM, with 30-minute lunch), or 3rd shift (11:00 PM to 7:00 AM, with no lunch). Work schedule consists of rotating on and off duty days, including weekends and holidays. Rotation includes every 3rd weekend off. May change based on operational needs.

- PA residency requirement is currently waived for this title.

- This position falls under the provisions of the Older Adult Protective Services Act.

DESCRIPTION OF WORK
As a Nurse Aide at South Mountain Restoration Center, you will provide basic care to residents by meeting their personal hygiene, physical, and emotional needs to maintain a healthy, clean, and safe environment while meeting basic licensing requirements.
In this role, you will make decisions regarding resident care based on training and in consultation with Licensed Practical Nurses, Registered Nurses, Registered Nurse Supervisors, Nurse Managers, and the Director of Nursing.
