    Description

    FI seeks a technical project manager with experience leading teams to analyze, develop, and implement modern data management methods and technologies.

    Note, this role is contingent upon FI being awarded a contract.

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Experience designing conceptual and logical data models for industry-focused business segments such as loan origination, loan servicing, or loan accounting.
    • Experience developing and implementing a master data management strategy.
    • Experience assessing metadata standards and making recommendations with regard to registry, implementation specifications, and taxonomy and authorities.
    • Experience implementing modernization plans including data warehouse modernization and then transitioning knowledge and support to an operations and maintenance team.
    • Experience developing enterprise data mapping and asset inventories.
    • Experience with data visualization and analytics including discovery and communication of meaningful trends; building models in which customers may select data layers to visualize; and application of data science to select and combine appropriate datasets from a variety of sources to create new insights.
    • Experience developing an architecture and framework for capturing structured, semi-structured and unstructured data.
    • Experience digitizing paper documents.
    • Experience using ArcGIS to integrate data into geospatial visualizations.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience with the federal enterprise architecture framework (FEAF).
    • Experience working on data modernization projects at the U.S Department of Agriculture.
    • Experience with any of the following: Mulesoft, Salesforce, Bitbucket, Jenkins, Checkmarx, Jira, JBoss, or Confluence.

    Additional Requirements:

    • Authorized to work in the United States as a permanent resident or US Citizen. We are not able to sponsor or accept any visa holders at this time including H1B.
    • Successfully pass a background investigation and drug screening.
    • Reside in the DC Metro area within 30 days of hire.
    • Provide proof of COVID-19 vaccine or exemption.
