Sr Level IT Project ManagerResponsibilities include:
- Manage and lead Telecommunications Service Deployment from initiation to delivery in collaboration with a Service Provider
- Expertise in FRS, FRD, and SELC processes.
- Familiarity with NS/EP PS operations and Right to Use provisions.
- Lead project teams through SELC processes, ensuring alignment with industry standards and Government Industry Requirements.
- Propose and, upon approval, execute tailoring of the SELC process to better match internal practices without compromising the quality and integrity of the deliverables.
- Develop and maintain an RTVM that validates and verifies NGN PS requirements at agreed milestones.
- Prepare and provide reports that assess risks and the expected performance improvements or risk mitigations of proposed capabilities.
- Schedule and conduct PDR, CDR, IRR, and PRR, ensuring all issues are resolved prior to conducting these reviews, and provide comprehensive documentation for Government validation.
- Facilitate SELC reviews in Washington, DC, or virtually, including presentations and recording Government feedback for monthly status reports.
- Attend or host technical interchange meetings and provide direct or virtual support for at least six individuals for onsite testing events.
- Create and manage program plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables
- Work with crossfunctional teams to design and implement Proof of Concept solutions
- Establish and maintain program governance and ensure adherence to program processes
- Monitor program performance, including financial, schedule, and quality metrics
- Ensure data integrity and security in deployed solutions
- Provide regular status updates and reports to management
Basic Qualifications:
- 10 years of experience with leading delivery in complex customer environments, including Networking, Telecommunications 4G/5G Deployments
- Well versed with Cloud Deployments
- Cloud Certifications Desirable
- PMP certification is highly desired.
- Experience with project teams and managing multiple parallel technical projects
- Experience with working in a clientfacing role, including briefing, building presentations, facilitating meetings, and engaging or reaching out to key stakeholders
- Ability to work with business groups and account managers to identify customer requirements, issues, and visions to devise and socialize potential solutions with the customer
- Ability to manage cost, schedule, and performance
Position requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in EE, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field
- At least 10 years experience in managing and delivering Telecommunications/Wireless Network solutions
- Strong understanding of Telecommunications/Wireless platform and architecture, standards
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong project management skills with experience in Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills
- Demonstrated analytical and problemsolving skills
- Strong communication skills for managementlevel interactions
- Experience with supporting Federal Government
- Experience with Cloud
Vetting:
- U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain a government security clearance. Prior Clearances are an added plus.
Pay:
$130, $160,000.00 per year
