- Plan, execute and lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects using project management expertise.
- Build and develop partnerships with internal stakeholders to help scale the program.
- Effectively communicate with XFN partners
- Constantly, and proactively, find areas to improve and grow the program, then tackle them.
- Plan and coordinate campaign production to ensure on-time delivery
- Forecast program/ campaign roadblocks and unrealistic expectations and advocate for alternative solutions
- Comfortable with a fast-paced and ever-evolving environment
- Own and manage communication: follow-up and follow through on each portion of the campaign launch
- Proactive spot check issues and advocate for alternatives to unlock roadblocks
- Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of relevant experience (e.g. project & program management, strategic consulting, marketing coordination).
- Experience running complex projects involving multiple teams in a fast-paced environment, managing an ongoing relationship with clients, and presenting to audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks and meet aggressive deadlines while producing quality work
- Must present a professional image in conduct, attitude, and attire
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without limitation
- Formal project management certification (e.g. PMP, Scrum, etc.)
- Comfortable using multiple task-management tools (e.g ASANA)
- Working knowledge in the areas of mobile technologies and database familiarity
