    We are seeking a detail-oriented Marketing Operations Event Manager to oversee our major events. In this role, you will drive innovation and enhancements for both physical and virtual event experiences. Your responsibilities will include managing tools like Rainfocus, Cvent, and Bizzabo, as well as handling program and campaign creation in Marketo and Salesforce.

    Responsibilities:

    AS A Marketing Operations Event Manager, YOU WILL:

    • Manage all operational aspects of flagship events
    • Work closely with internal teams and external partners for successful event execution
    • Maintain data quality in various platforms for accurate campaign execution and analysis
    • Ensure event details are up to date and accurately tracked
    • Stay updated on industry trends and integrate best practices into campaign strategies
    • Optimize workflows and drive process improvements for event efficiency

    Requirements:

    OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

    • 5+ years of experience in marketing operations or event management
    • Familiarity with a variety of event technologies and platforms
    • Proficiency in Marketo, Wordpress, AEM, Bizzabo, Cvent, RainFocus
    • Strong project management skills and attention to detail
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to see long-term implications
    • Experience with Wrike is a bonus

    Compensation:

    • $60.88/hr. - $81.18/hr. (W2)
