- Prioritizing and completing maintenance requests, which encompass basic building repairs, painting, cleaning, landscaping, item relocation, and assisting with pest control.
- Conducting routine inspections of premises and equipment.
- Performing scheduled preventative maintenance tasks.
- Ensuring the upkeep of cleaning equipment, supplies, and products.
- Reporting needed repairs and replacements encountered during work.
- Maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of all public areas.
- Properly disposing of trash from bins and containers.
- Completing other assignments as delegated by the Facilities & Operations Manager.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in facilities maintenance or groundskeeping required.
- Ability to operate landscaping equipment such as lawn mowers, trimmers, and blowers.
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends.
- Good communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures.
- Valid driver's license may be required.
- Weekdays: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Weekends: 5:30 AM - 8:00 PM
- Shifts: 8-10 hours

Job Description: We are in search of a highly motivated and self-driven Maintenance Technician/ Groundskeeper to join our dynamic team. This role holds the responsibility of keyholder, overseeing facility opening and closing procedures.
