- Maintenance & Repair:
- Performing preventive maintenance on industrial equipment to minimize downtimes.
- Diagnosing and repairing machinery issues, including motors, pumps, and conveyor systems.
- Working collaboratively with the maintenance team to carry out repairs effectively.
- Equipment Upgrades:
- Assisting in equipment modifications and upgrades aimed at enhancing efficiency and safety.
- Collaborating with the engineering team to introduce new machinery and systems.
- Documentation & Reporting:
- Recording all maintenance activities, including details of repairs and parts utilized.
- Maintaining precise equipment and repair records for future reference purposes.
- Safety Compliance:
- Adhering to safety protocols and ensuring equipment compliance with safety standards.
- Conducting safety inspections and proposing enhancement recommendations.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Preferably possess a technical certification or associate degree in industrial maintenance or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience as a maintenance technician within an industrial environment.
- Solid understanding of electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems.
- Proficient in reading blueprints and technical manuals.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional overtime when required.
- Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail.
