Your responsibilities:

  • Deviation from actual plan: Analysis of business development from a strategic group perspective
  • Financial Planning & Analysis: Responsible for coordinating groupwide corporate planning as well as forecasting and reporting processes
  • Think Tank: Further development of our controlling instruments and methods (contribution margin, cost allocation, target setting, returnoninvestment controls)
  • Performance Improvement: Building driver logics and optimizing existing business model analyses to identify revenue and efficiency potentials
  • Participation in CFOrelated projects and strategic initiatives from conception to goal review

What you bring:

  • Successfully completed degree in economics
  • Several years of relevant professional experience in group/corporate controlling, ideally in a publicly listed environment
  • Experience in coordinating monthly closings, budget or FC processes, as well as quarterly/yearly financial statements (general process, basic knowledge of IFRS, contact with auditors)
  • Expertise in the further development of CO processes and methods, as well as proficient use of XLS, ideally with a passion for financial modeling
  • Motivated personality who quickly grasps complex issues and is characterized by initiative and teamwork
  • Confident appearance and very good English skills, both written and spoken
