Your daily tasks will include:
- Scheduling consultation appointments
- Telephone customer service and support
- Coordinating and monitoring appointments
- Data entry and order processing
- General office tasks
- Communication with branches, customers, and external partners
- Point of contact for students, teachers, and parents
- Office organization
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills and team orientation
- Flexibility in task management
- Efficient and structured work style with a focus on quality
- Experience with computers and software, and willingness to learn new systems
