Your responsibilities:


  • Comprehensive support of personnel from hiring to issuing references, including contract management
  • Independent handling of the hiring process for various positions
  • Dealing with labor law issues in the HR department
  • Creation of personnel plans and monthly reporting
  • Handling of special topics such as data protection and conducting employee surveys
  • Participation in internal HR projects
  • Collaboration with the works council

What you bring:


  • Completed degree, such as business law, business administration, law, or equivalent
  • Alternatively, a commercial apprenticeship, such as office clerk, industrial clerk
  • Relevant professional experience in HR / personnel management
  • Knowledge of labor law
  • Proficient in HR systems, ideally Trend or Paisy, as well as MS Office skills
  • Goaloriented and structured way of working
