What are your responsibilities:


  • You will lead and manage projects in the field of validation/qualification in the pharmaceutical industry
  • You will create validation master plans and conduct risk analyses in accordance with GxP guidelines
  • You will lead interdisciplinary project teams and act as the central point of contact for clients, partners, suppliers, and internal project members
  • You will ensure project success through adequate project controlling, professional scheduling and quality planning, and proactive communication
  • You will be responsible for developing topics and promoting them to new and existing clients

What we appreciate about you:


  • You have experience in validation/qualification in the pharmaceutical industry, ideally with (partial) project management experience
  • You are familiar with creating validation plans and conducting risk analyses according to GxP guidelines/regulations
  • You have previous experience in leading and developing employees/teams
  • You have a degree in process engineering or a related field with further education in validation/GMP and/or a certification as a validation officer
