    West Coast Medical Resources, also known as WestCMR, is the market leader in the distribution of discounted surgical supplies.

    Our dual service helps hospitals and surgery centers across the US manage better inventory of disposables, reduce waste, and balance their budgets.

    An inside sales specialist will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives.

    You must be comfortable making outbound calls and working with our Directors of Sales and Acquisitions, generating interest, qualifying prospects and closing sales.

    Research accounts, identify decision makers and generate interest
    Maintain and expand your database of prospects
    Develop and assist with market research and marketing implementation programs
    Ability to attend Regional and National Medical conventions and trade shows
    Strong phone presence and experience dialing numerous calls per day
    Strong problem-solving skills and ability to interpret and communicate data
    Positive can-do attitude, self-motivating and results-oriented, and proficient in MS Office
    2+ years of call center/inside sale experience – desired
    ~ Experience working with sales CRM – desired
    ~ On-the-job training and ongoing support
    A database of soft leads
    Active participation in Community and Philanthropic events
