- Confirm and update patient demographics.

- Handle non-medical patient inquiries via email and phone.

- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Preferably 1 year of experience in a medical or healthcare setting, OBGYN background is a bonus.

The Patient Access Representative plays a crucial role as the initial point of contact for our patients at the clinics, emphasizing the importance of customer service. Responsibilities include gathering registration details from new and incoming patients, making this role highly engaging. The work schedule is Monday to Friday with no weekend shifts.
