- Greet patients and visitors, directing them as necessary.
- Confirm and update patient demographics.
- Assist with payments and billing queries.
- Record information in the EMR system.
- Handle non-medical patient inquiries via email and phone.

- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Perform other assigned duties.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Preferably 1 year of experience in a medical or healthcare setting, OBGYN background is a bonus.
- Basic knowledge of medical terminologies.
- Experience with electronic medical records system, eCW familiarity is beneficial.

The Patient Access Representative plays a crucial role as the initial point of contact for our patients at the clinics, emphasizing the importance of customer service.
