- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
- Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or account management within the engineering or construction industry.
- Strong technical aptitude and understanding of engineering principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic business plans, with a focus on driving revenue growth and market expansion.
