    Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center is an independent, nonprofit organization providing adult cancer treatment and groundbreaking research focused on cancer and infectious diseases.

    Based in Seattle, Fred Hutch is the only National Cancer Institute-designated cancer center in Washington.

    With a track record of global leadership in bone marrow transplantation, HIV/AIDS prevention, immunotherapy and COVID-19 vaccines, Fred Hutch has earned a reputation as one of the world's leading cancer, infectious disease and biomedical research centers.

    Fred Hutch operates eight clinical care sites that provide medical oncology, infusion, radiation, proton therapy and related services, and network affiliations with hospitals in five states.

    The

    Senior Recruiter

    position supports recruiting for clinical and administrative staff positions.

    This position reports to the Fred Hutch Talent Acquisition Manager, Clinical.
    This role is required to work partially at our campus.


    Responsibilities:
    Conduct candidate interviews to qualify them within the position requirements and share information on our company, compensation package, position details, and expectations
    Partner with hiring managers to develop and execute sourcing and closing strategies for clinical, administrative, and technical positions
    Source passive and active candidates for talent pipelines positions, with a focus on diversity
    Maintain a focus on candidate experience throughout all phases of the recruiting process
    Participate in both in-person and virtual recruiting events such as college recruiting, industry conferences, and career fairs
    Capture and maintain complete documentation on candidates' qualifications and status in systems and within compliance guidelines
    Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of current programs and process to make recommendations for improvement
    Other duties as assigned

    Qualifications:

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
    High school diploma or GED
    5+ years of experience with candidate sourcing and full lifecycle recruiting
    Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches
    Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholders
    Proficiency sourcing passive candidates
    Strong problem-solving, interpersonal, and organizational skills
    High degree of initiative; must be able to work independently, be a self-starter and a strong team player
    Knowledge of State and Federal employment laws
    Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite


    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
    Minimum 2 years of clinical healthcare recruiting experience strongly preferred
    Bachelor's degree
    HR Certification
    Combination of agency and in-house recruiting experience

    The annual base salary range for this position is from $93,101 to $139,630, and pay offered will be based on experience and qualifications.

    Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center offers employees a comprehensive benefits package designed to enhance health, well-being, and financial security.

    Benefits include medical/vision, dental, flexible spending accounts, life, disability, retirement, family life support, employee assistance program, onsite health clinic, tuition reimbursement, paid vacation days per year), paid sick leave days per year), paid holidays (13 days per year), paid parental leave (up to 4 weeks), and partially paid sabbatical leave (up to 6 months).
