If you are interested in joining our team as an IT System Engineer / Support Engineer in our Long Beach office, we would love to hear from you.

Your responsibilities with us will include:

Providing support to our clients for technical issues and problems, with a focus on backup and recovery and storage solutions

Collaborating with our team of System Engineers to develop technical solutions for support requests

Monitoring and managing the IT infrastructures of our remote management clients and working closely with them

Assisting our clients with any questions or issues they may have
