Exciting tasks

  • Monitoring of engine maintenance processes for process safety and product quality
  • Initiating corrective and preventive measures to eliminate weaknesses, as well as supporting the reduction of quality-related costs
  • Ensuring processes, procedures, and activities in engine maintenance comply with internal and external guidelines and regulations
  • Preparation and creation of test documents and technical reports, as well as approval of processes in operational areas
  • Conducting optimization projects at process and production level
  • Handling customer complaints and warranty claims
  • Moderation of preventive and reactive quality methods (e.g. FMEA, 8D)

Best qualifications

  • Completed degree in mechanical engineering, aerospace engineering, quality management, industrial engineering, or equivalent, or completed further training as a technician/master (all genders) with several years of professional experience
  • Professional experience in an aviation (maintenance) company is desirable
  • Experience in the application of quality methods and methods of continuous improvement
  • Experience in project work
  • Excellent computer skills (MS Office) and good knowledge of English
