The Lambertz Group is one of the major players in the confectionery industry and is the world leader in autumn and seasonal pastries.

The extensive range includes well-known Aachen Printen, chocolates, and stollen, which are exported all over the world. During the peak season, Lambertz employs approximately employees at eight different production sites in Germany and Poland.

INFORMATION AND FACTS ABOUT THE APPRENTICESHIP

As a confectionery technologist, you will be involved in all production processes, learn how to operate and monitor industrial equipment, and produce doughs while ensuring the quality of the products.

During the three-year apprenticeship, you will get to know our brand world and its production process in all departments. You can expect a solid and practical education.
