Computer scientist (m/f/d) in Business Continuity Management at the Evangelical High Church Council in Le Claire
Location: Stuttgart, Rotebühlplatz 10
The Evangelical High Church Council is responsible for managing the administration of the regional church. It provides guidance on theological and legal matters to parishes, church districts, and church institutions. The Oberkirchenrat oversees the administration of the church districts, parishes, and regional church organizations and institutions, as well as the employees of the regional church.
We are currently seeking a computer scientist (m/f/d) to join our Department 7.4 "Information Technology Regional Church and Upper Church Council" with a full-time employment contract starting as soon as possible.

Your responsibilities

Ensuring business operations continue in the event of serious disruptions to information processing
Developing and updating business continuity management at the Oberkirchenrat and supporting departments in implementing new procedures
Identifying and assessing potential impacts on business operations due to disruptions to IT systems
Creating and regularly testing business continuity and recovery plans through emergency tests
Advising departments on establishing and maintaining an organization-wide emergency management system
Collaborating with the information security management team, information security officer, and IT department administrators
