Circle, MT is looking for a job that is fun and surrounded by good people. We have both for you. We are seeking a full-time office assistant to support our sales department. We also welcome entry-level applicants.

What you will do:

  • Technical and commercial processing of all orders handled by the Technical Customer Service
  • Performance comparison with external installation partners
  • Final inspection of all completed orders
  • Permanent assurance of all technical requirements for correct operation and heating cost billing for existing customers
  • Answering technical and commercial customer inquiries regarding various types of orders
  • Cooperation, especially with dispatch, with the goal of timely execution of orders

What you bring:

  • Completed commercial or technical education
  • Work experience in order processing is desirable
  • Good computer skills, especially with MS Office applications
