    Description

    Responsibilities:

    • Execute receiving and merchandising standards
    • Ensure efficient processing and teamwork among Associates
    • Enhance customer experience through engagement and store maintenance
    • Coordinate truck delivery and merchandise placement on the sales floor

    Requirements:

    • Train and mentor Associates on merchandising principles
    • Tag, hang, secure, and code merchandise correctly
    • Communicate effectively for smooth flow of goods
    • Organize back stock for easy replenishment
    • Maintain merchandising standards and uphold signage
    • Ensure compliance with recycling and waste programs
    • Assist in Associate training and development
    • Adhere to labor laws, policies, and procedures
    • Support store shrink reduction goals
    • Flexible schedule including nights and weekends
    • 1 year retail and 6 months leadership experience
