Carter Lake, IA - Vitos Holding is currently seeking a Department Coordinator (m/f/d) for our User Help Desk department at our locations in Kassel, Gießen, and Haina (Kloster).

Your responsibilities:


  • You will support the department head in efficiently coordinating and managing the User Help Desk, including handling escalations and major incidents
  • You will create reports on the performance of the service desk and analyze incident trends, SLA compliance, and other relevant metrics
  • As a liaison to other departments, you will ensure effective collaboration by closely communicating with IT management and other teams
  • You will assist in resource allocation within the team, ensure adequate staffing, organize training for team members, and ensure the provision of necessary tools
  • You will coordinate and monitor the handling of incidents, identify recurring issues, and monitor compliance with agreed service level agreements

Your profile:


  • You have a degree in computer science/business informatics or several years of relevant work experience in the IT field, or a comparable professional qualification
  • You have excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure
  • Your strength lies in customer orientation, coupled with the ability to communicate complex technical information clearly
  • You are a team
